The FoodHeroes team gathered in Steinkjer, Norway, for the second Transnational Project Meeting (TPM2). The partners looked back on the activities carried out and jointly prepared the next steps.
Alongside the regular programme, the partners visited ‘Just Store’, a fair, local food market in Trondheim that connects local producers directly with consumers. The initiative promotes sustainability and fair trade: local farmers get a fair price, food waste is reduced, and individuals, restaurants and schools can do their shopping there.
The next meeting — with students — will take place in Portugal. Until then, various activities are still on the programme.
