During the learning activity (LTT) in Croatia, the partners tested the first version (MVP) of the FoodHeroes game SustainaQuest, with valuable feedback from students and teachers.
The test showed clear strengths. Participants were enthusiastic about the visual design and found the graphics appealing. The idea of the game too β learning about sustainable food through interactive challenges β was experienced as clear and easy to understand. The quiz elements in particular went down well: educational and fun.
At the same time, the test brought to light technical points for improvement that need to be resolved before the next development phase, such as errors in the scoring, problems with checking answers and interface elements that hinder play. The reward system (badges) and the balance between difficulty levels also need attention, and some educational content needs to be sharper and better substantiated.
Based on the test, the developers are now focusing on fixing the scoring, answer and interface errors, better content and more reliable sources, a stronger motivation and reward system, and a better balance between the difficulty levels.
The MVP shows great potential. The insights from Croatia form the basis for a next, even more engaging and educational version of the game.
