SOML is accredited as a mobility consortium coordinator within Erasmus+ (KA121-SCH). This accreditation gives our schools structural access to European mobility: learning on the move.
Under the accreditation we fund, among other things, job shadowing (2–60 days), training courses (2–10 days), teaching assignments, group and individual pupil mobility (2–365 days), invited experts and preparatory visits. Every mobility has a learning goal (Learning Agreement) and is recognised via Europass.
In this way teachers, school leaders and pupils gain experience at European partner schools — and bring that knowledge back to the classroom.
