Privacy & cookies – Erasmus Plus @ SOML

This is the dissemination platform for the Erasmus+ projects of Stichting Onderwijs Midden-Limburg (SOML). We handle your data with care and process as little personal data as possible. Below you can read what we do (and do not) collect and which cookies we use.

What data we process

This website does not collect personal data through forms. Contact is made by email (a mailto link); you decide what information you share in that message.
The hosting provider may keep technical log files (such as IP address and timestamp) for the operation and security of the server. These are not used for marketing or profiling.
We do not use advertising cookies and do not share data with advertising networks. For anonymous visitor statistics we use Burst Statistics: cookie-free, on our own server, without tracking or profiling you personally.

Cookies and local storage

We only use functional cookies and local storage needed for the site to work properly. Under the GDPR/ePrivacy rules these do not require consent.

Third-party services

For the map display and fonts we load files from external servers. Your IP address may be processed by those parties:

Map material: OpenStreetMap, CARTO and Leaflet (via unpkg).
Fonts: Google Fonts.
Videos: YouTube (embedded videos and thumbnails on project and news pages).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data and to object to processing. Send your request to erasmusplus@soml.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
