The Erasmus+ project FoodHeroes – From Waste to Taste has officially started. On 18 and 19 February 2025 all partners gathered in Sofia (Bulgaria) for the kick-off meeting, hosted by partner VALUEME.
Over these two days the teams from the Netherlands, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia and Portugal got to know one another and gave the project concrete shape: reducing food waste at school, with students aged 14 to 18 in the leading role. The partners divided the work packages and jointly set out the planning and the first tasks.
FoodHeroes is coordinated by SOML and runs from November 2024 to October 2026.
