FoodHeroes has delivered its own handbook. This handbook brings together the project’s pedagogical approach and helps teachers to integrate sustainability and the theme of food waste concretely into their lessons.
It is one of the first tangible results of work package 2 (Teacher Empowerment & Sustainability Pedagogy). The handbook contains background, classroom methods and practical tips, and is made freely available so that schools outside the partnership can use it too.
